I am a single woman in my 50's. Over the last 1-1/2 years I adopted one gir and
in the process of adtopting two more. I have two 10 years olds and one 12 year
old. I want to teach them how to eat healthy, but was never taught myself by my
mom. I want to use your cook book to teach them and me healthy food can be
