Watermelon Margaritas

Serves 4

Ingredients:
4 cups cubed watermelon
6 pieces of fresh mint leaves
2 tablespoons agave nectar or honey
1 cup tequila (silver)
4 cup of ice
* Kosher salted rim (optional)

Process:
  1. Place watermelon mint, agave, and tequila in blender, blend until smooth.
  2. Add ice to blender, hand shake with lid on.
  3. Serve in salt-rimmed glasses, finish with a slice of watermelon and mint leaf garnish.
