Being mom-a-licious is much more than cooking great food and being fabulous. It about a lifestyle. With the help of moms all over the country, we have written the ‘mom-a-licious manifesto‘ 16 virtues that I believe make someone truly ‘mom-a-licious. 1. Know what is in your food and where it comes from – if an ingredient 2. Eat and serve local and organic as much as possible. 3. Grow something fresh and use it – whether you have a large garden or 4.
